All teas and blends are hand-crafted with care. Ingredients are listed in full on each product page for your awareness. We reserve the right to update or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Our teas may contain, or be processed in facilities that handle, common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten. It is the responsibility of the customer to review ingredient lists before purchasing. Gilded Rose Reserve is not liable for any adverse reactions or allergies, as ingredients and allergen information are clearly provided.

We currently ship within the United States (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). Delivery times may vary based on carrier services. We are not responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

By purchasing and consuming our teas, you acknowledge and accept that Gilded Rose Reserve shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages related to product use.
